At DJI Drone Hub, we aim to deliver your favorite DJI products quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST are processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order tracking details.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to all major cities and PIN codes covered by our courier partners.

  • If your location is remote or not serviceable, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternate shipping solution.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: Available in select cities at an additional cost (1–3 business days).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹4,999.

  • For orders below ₹4,999, a nominal shipping fee (calculated at checkout) will be applied.

  • Express delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Packaging & Handling

  • All items are securely packed using tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

  • In case you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at info@djidronehub.com.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track the shipment directly through the courier partner’s website or our Order Tracking page.


7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Public holidays or festivals

    • Natural disasters or unforeseen courier issues

    • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue quickly.


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted for delivery within India only.
